What is AWS Recommendations-Tier1?

The number of additional requests in tier one of Amazon Personalize. There are four pricing tiers, each with discounted per-user rates once user tiers are exceeded. Tier one includes 4,000 recommendations per hour at no additional cost. If there are over 4,000 requests, you are charged per request in this line item.
