What is AWS RecommenderHours-Tier2?

The number of active recommender hours per user in tier two of Amazon Personalize. There are four pricing tiers, each with discounted per-user rates once user tiers are exceeded. Tier two includes 6,000 recommendations per hour at no additional cost. If there are over 6,000 requests, you are charged per request in the `Recommendations-Tier2` line item.
