What is AWS P-NA-AUD-NA-NA-NTM?

Normalized minutes are a standardized way to measure transcoding time based on complexity. `P` represents the professional tier, `AUD` represents audio only, NTM represents Normalized Transcoding Minutes, and the `NA` parts represent "Not Applicable" since it is audio only. Pricing is tiered, with reduced rates for increased usage.
